 Week 1 - December 1

Tonight’s practices are posted below! Please let me know what questions arise and be ready for next week’s exercises that will include journaling (if you choose to journal).


Week 2 - December 8

Sharing audio recordings from the practices we moved through on Thursday December 8. Having a pen and paper handy for the journaling exercise is recommended. The exercise is in 3 parts and it is recommended to move through all 3 in a sitting.


Week 3 - December 15

Rounding - 75 minutes (ish) of moving through different postures with different guided practices
